Position Details :
Location : Hybrid – In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Reynoldsburg, OH)
Pay Rate : $17-$21 / hour (W2, based on experience)
Duration : 3-month contract (covering maternity leave)
About the Role :
As a Visual Communications Coordinator , you’ll play a vital role in developing written and graphic instructional communication for in-store brand execution. Your work will directly impact store associates, helping them implement visual merchandising and marketing strategies with precision and consistency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create instructional documents that guide store teams in executing floor sets and maintaining brand standards.
- Work extensively with Adobe InDesign , utilizing templates to produce visually engaging communication materials.
- Collaborate with the Visual Communications Team to ensure messaging is clear, concise, and aligned with brand guidelines.
