Job Title : Junior Editor / Writer (Onsite)
Contract : 12 months (possible to convert)
Pay Rate range : $19-20 / hour (eligible for OT)
One of our clients in the Bank and Financial industry is seeking a junior Client Relations Analyst to join their team. This is an onsite role, with one round of Zoom interviews, and top candidates will be asked to submit a writing sample.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle written client inquiries and concerns, ensuring compliance with regulations related to client complaints.
- Investigate, research, and resolve assigned cases, communicating decisions in a clear and professional written format.
- Support operational tasks such as settlement processing, privacy opt-out requests, and incoming telephone calls.
- Participate in additional projects as assigned within the Client Relations department.
