What are the responsibilities and job description for the Journeyperson (Arborist/Climber) position at Russell Tree Experts Ltd.?
We are seeking experienced Arborists to join our team based out of our Westerville, Ohio location. Candidates must possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a production arboriculture position.
Candidates for this position should be enthusiastic and experienced arborists familiar with the skills needed to safely complete production tree work.
What candidates should possess:
- Driver’s License and clean driving history (required)
- MRS hitch climbing or SRS experience (preferred)
- Experience removing trees (both large and small)
- Experience pruning large trees
- Attention to detail in all operations including clean-up of job sites
- Genuine interest in arboriculture
- Excellent communication skills
- Safety First Focus
- Enjoy working as a team in varying weather conditions
- ISA Certified Arborist® credential (preferred)
- CDL Class A (preferred)
