What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Director position at Russellville Hospital?
Position Purpose: The Human Resources Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing and administering all personnel activities of Fannin Regional Hospital. The manager is also responsible for keeping up to date on all personnel policies and procedures, benefits program, and workers compensation program.
Position Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in HR environment preferred.
Experience: Desirable characteristics include proficiency in written and verbal communications, possess ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the public. Must be able to follow directions and to perform work according to department standards when no directions are given. Must be emotionally mature and able to function effectively under stress.
Working Conditions: Work at least 40 hours per week and, at time in excess of 40 hours per week to meet any required deadlines. Participate in any required Corporate meetings requiring travel to the Corporate office or other destination. Participate in continuing education opportunities both in-house and outside the facility.Participate in all required emergency drills.
