Job Requirements:
Education: Masters degree in Educational Leadership, Public Administration, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
Experience: Proven track record of successful leadership in a diverse educational setting, with experience serving as a superintendent, assistant superintendent, or in a comparable executive leadership role.
Certification: Ability to attain Arkansas Superintendent licensure within 60 days of hire.
