Comfort Advisor

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Comfort Advisor in the Sales Department.

Who We Are:

Russett Southwest has been serving the Tucson and surrounding areas since 1947. With integrity and honesty as our foundation, and customer service as our primary goal, we are proud to offer a variety of Tucson heating and air conditioning services. We have always provided comprehensive heating and air conditioning for residential new construction. For existing homes, we provide multiple maintenance programs, complete repair services, an extensive remodel and replacement department as well as complete indoor air quality services.

Main Requirements:

· 3 years of experience in HVAC sales

· Clean driving record

· Ability to pass a drug and background check

Skills:

· 3 – 5 years of experience in sales

· At least 2 years of experience in the HVAC industry

· Experience working with Service Titan a bonus

· Educating customers on quality products and services

· Follow up with existing sales bids and leads

· Customer service experience

· Excellent time management skills

· Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure the job is done correctly the first time

· Ability to work after hours, weekends, and public holidays with short or no notice

Other Requirements:

· Well groomed, neat appearance and driven attitude

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Valid social security number or work authorization card

· Must be able to pass drug test(s) as required by company

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: Base salary commissions (with the ability to make up to $200,000 yearly)

Schedule:

· Full time with overtime as necessary

Education:

· High school or equivalent preferred
