What You’ll Do :
As Branch Manager , you will oversee operations, driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction while fostering a positive, performance-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute business plans tailored to each location, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.Revenue Growth : Drive business development through geographical expansion, new service lines, and sales performance.Team Empowerment : Recruit, train, and mentor Service Managers and Technicians to build a cohesive, high-performing team across all branches.Operational Excellence : Oversee daily operations with a focus on efficiency, customer satisfaction, and achieving financial targets.Training & Development : Lead comprehensive onboarding and training programs to enhance technical skills, leadership capabilities, and customer service excellence.Collaboration & Innovation : Partner with the executive team to align branch operations with broader company objectives and best practices.What Makes You the Ideal Candidate?
Experience :
5 years in a leadership role within the service industry (HVAC, Plumbing, or Home Improvement), with a proven track record in P&L management, team building, and customer service excellence.Leadership Skills :
A passion for inspiring and developing teams while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset.Business Acumen :
