The Sewer Sales Estimator is responsible for converting drain cleaning work into sales to meet the division’s set revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

NOTE : 100% Commission Sales Bonus - Amazing regional earnings potential! This is a W-2 Employee / position with great benefits!

In this role, you will :

Execute the sales process to meet booking, conversion, and job profitability goals.

Present Len The Plumber as the “industry best” by selling the brand and value proposition against the competition.

Create trust and value when presenting sewer repair options to homeowners.

Develop a daily schedule of productive activities from qualified leads.

Develop community relationships.

Respond to and initiate telephone contact with potential customers.

Complete camera inspections of main line for customers and accurately diagnose defects.

Inform homeowners of the state of their sewer main and offer appropriate options for repair or replacement.

Prepare and present individualized proposals for main sewer replacements or repairs.

Close sales and achieve assigned sales performance objectives.

Collaborate with the Excavation team to ensure the job is executed professionally.

Contact local utility companies for crews' required paperwork.

QUALIFICATIONS / ABILITIES :

Experience in Sewer, Plumbing or HVAC sales.

5 years of proven sales experience required 2 years of residential / home services experience, highly preferred.

Strong business acumen required.

Ability to work in the field, in the office, or at customers’ homes.

Periodic visits at various branch locations may be required.

Set appropriate customer expectations regarding scope of work, availability, and landscaping.

Accurately ‘locate’ damaged sewer line to formulate an accurate scope of work.

Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization and with customers.

Work professionally under pressure during high-volume work.

Multitask and prioritize (or reprioritize) tasks on very short notice.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Excellent Customer Service skills.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
