Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Small Engine Mechanic to join our Service Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for efficiently completing service and maintenance tasks on a variety of equipment, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot issues with landscaping equipment, snow removal equipment, hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and small farm equipment
- Diagnose equipment problems and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with service counter staff and parts staff to ensure seamless service
- Offer preventative maintenance suggestions to customers
- Build new products as needed
- Adhere to Russo Power's safe work practices and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements
- Previous small engine experience is a plus
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing between 40-50lbs
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
