About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance worker to join our team. As a Building Maintenance worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. Your major end result will be to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for our employees and customers. You will be working closely with our facilities management team to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Skills :
As a Building Maintenance worker, you will be utilizing your skills in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems on a daily basis. You will also be utilizing your problem-solving and communication skills. Additionally, you will be using your attention to detail to conduct regular inspections of the building and identify any potential issues. Your ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics will also be crucial in performing routine maintenance tasks. Overall, your skills will be essential in ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities.
Responsibilities :
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, electrical repairs, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance
