Full-time benefits eligibility (40 hours per week, bi-weekly pay periods) with potential overtime

Position Summary:
The Receiving Associate’s main role is collecting the goods that have been shipped. The main responsibilities of this position are, checking the invoices, loading the goods, and stocking. Our ideal candidate is well organized, with strong communication.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Checking the consignment matching the contents with the details on the invoice
• Monitoring the bills and checking the payment
• Ensuring that the goods can be stacked safely in the warehouse
• Recording the information about the consignment like the weight of the parcel, the number of parcels, the duty charges, and other parameters
• Other tasks as defined by management

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• The ability to take direction and think on your feet
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Bilingual is a plus
• Strong communication skills

Credentials and Experience:

• No previous experience is necessary

Physical Demands

• Employee must possess the ability to lift, carry, push and pull materials and objects weighing between 40-50lbs
• Required to bend, stoop, kneel, reach and climb to perform work
• May be required to stand, walk and use hands-fingers for long periods of time
