**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our Front of House team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, have a keen knowledge of Italian cuisine and beverages, and possess the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Service:**
- Greet guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Provide detailed information about our menu and answer any questions.
- Offer recommendations and upsell menu items based on guests' preferences.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any issues promptly.
- **Order Management:**
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure orders are delivered correctly and to the highest standards.
- **Bartending:**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
- **Table Maintenance:**
- Set up and clear tables efficiently.
- Refill beverages and replenish bread, condiments, and other supplies as needed.
- Process payments and provide accurate change.
- **Cleanliness and Safety:**
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Report any equipment or maintenance issues to management.
- **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with kitchen and other staff to ensure seamless service.
- Assist colleagues during peak times or when needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience as a server and/or bartender in a high-volume restaurant setting.
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-TIPS Certification is prefered
