Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our Front of House team. The Host/Hostess will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Monitor the dining area to anticipate and address guests’ needs
- Answer phone calls and provide information about the restaurant
- Assist with seating arrangements to maximize table utilization
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and entrance area
- Collaborate with the Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
