Location : Mentor, OH (onsite role)
Compensation : $70,000 - $90,000 salary

Our Client is an industrial manufacturer based in northeast Ohio. Utilizing cutting edge technology, they provide custom solutions to many industries, including aerospace & defense, industrial manufacturing equipment, oil and gas, renewable energy, and medical / pharma. The company is growing and looking to add a dynamic Product Manager to the team.
Product Manager r ole :
The Product Manager will be responsible for the management of assigned projects and product lines. They will develop formal plans and coordinate the successful execution of those plans. The Product Manager will communicate effectively with others, set and adhere to deadlines, and develop solutions to grow company sales. This person should be a well-rounded individual with a combination of technical, market, and business skills.
Product Manager responsibilities :
- Working closely with prospective and current customers for bidding projects, the company's sales, marketing and engineering teams, to collect the necessary information for the project or product plan. This includes milestones, accurate pricing and margins, correct equipment, and project deliverables for each project and product line.
- Timely planning, communication, and coordination to all stakeholders at all stages of the project
- Understanding and solidifying the production and quality needs of the project / product line.
- Accountable for the execution of the customer delivery workflow
- Frequent and regular communication with all members of the execution team
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends
- Define product vision and goals, including target consumers and problem that the product solves
- Planning of marketing and promotion of the product
- Working across multiple departments to ensure the best product and service to customers
