What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Supervisor position at Rust Belt Resources?
Rust Belt Resources has partnered with a growing national organization on a payroll leader role. The ideal person will have experience supervising high volume payroll within ADP. Additional experience in Kronos HRIS is a plus.
This position reports to the Assistant Controller and is responsible for ensuring quality of all aspects of payroll processing and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage team of payroll processors utilizing the ADP Enterprise application for large volume of employees
- Review payroll reports and distribute to other departments as needed
- Review balance register totals
- Direct research and discrepancy correction
- Communicate with other department leads
- Review and ensure accuracy for payroll changes such as new hires, terminations, and employee personnel changes
- Review wage garnishments such as child support orders or tax levies
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State wage and tax laws
- Maintain all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures
Requirements
3 years of payroll supervising experience
Knowledge of multiple state processing
ADP payroll experience is required
Team player, strong people leadership skills
Proficient with Microsoft office Suite
Kronos experience is a plus

Salary : $72,000 (DOE)
