What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Administrator position at Rustic Village Apartments?
SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant will perform an assortment of duties necessary for the efficient operation of the property. Primary responsibilities include collecting rents, fees, and delinquent accounts; preparation of daily bank deposits; assist in the implementation of the community lease renewal program; and assisting with all aspects of leasing and marketing as needed. In addition, the Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant is always training to take on overall operations in the absence of the Leasing Consultant or Property Manager. This position requires prior office administration experience. The incumbent is expected to have property management and/or leasing experience and; skilled in all basic office operating procedures, telephone and interaction with the professional public, Microsoft office
