What You’ll Do

• Engage with clients to assess their life insurance or financial protection needs and provide tailored solutions

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their go-to partner for financial security

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous client satisfaction

• Proactively follow up with clients to ensure they’re receiving maximum value from their coverage and to identify opportunities for further solutions

• Track client interactions and progress, ensuring all solutions align with their evolving needs and goals

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven to achieve results

• Willingness to obtain a Life and Health insurance license (licensing assistance provided)

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or account management is a plus—but not required
