Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. You’ll be responsible for contacting potential customers, following up on leads, and closing sales — all while working from within the office or remotely. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on hitting targets and building strong customer relationships.

• Make outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads

• Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate products/services

• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients

• Maintain and update CRM with customer interactions and sales progress

• Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and follow-up emails

• Meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs

• Collaborate with marketing and outside sales to improve lead quality

• Stay updated on product offerings, features, and pricing

• Prior experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed

• Comfortable working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

• High school diploma required; a degree in Business or related field is a plus
