Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and generating new business opportunities for the sales team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial part in driving growth by building the initial customer relationships and setting the stage for the sales team to close deals.
Identify and research potential leads through various channels (cold calls, emails, social media, etc.)
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and transfer them to the sales team
Conduct outreach to prospects and set appointments for Account Executives
Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects in CRM software
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies
Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships with potential clients
Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets
Continuously improve knowledge of the company’s products, services, and industry trends
Provide feedback on lead quality and opportunities to improve the sales process
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telesales is a plus but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage potential clients
Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed and hit targets
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
High school diploma required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
