Lube Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes and fluid checks, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and have experience with various hand and power tools. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance services on vehicles.
• Conduct inspections of vehicle systems and components to identify potential issues.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
• Assist in heavy lifting tasks as required during service operations.
• Support sales efforts by recommending additional services based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely completion of services.

Experience

• Previous experience in vehicle maintenance or as a service technician is preferred.
• Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus.
• Strong mechanical knowledge, particularly related to automotive systems.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during service tasks.
• Excellent customer service skills to effectively interact with clients.
• Experience using both hand tools and power tools in a mechanical setting.

• Automotive repair: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
