Manager Assistants are engaged in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. As a Manager Assistant, you are responsible for getting (and keeping) guests and staff excited about their experience every day, ensuring consistent guest satisfaction!

Requirements:
2 years supervisory or management experience, preferably from a restaurant or retail environment.
Serve Safe Food and ServeSafe Alcohol Certifications a plus.
Ability to train, guide and lead staff.
Ability to work with a high degree of independence and discretion.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Good writing, verbal, math and interpersonal skills.
Good organization and time management skills.
Valid drivers license with reliable transportation.
