Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive sponsorship strategies to attract new sponsors and retain existing ones.
- Engage in outbound calling and telemarketing efforts to initiate conversations with prospective sponsors.
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements that maximize value for both the organization and the sponsors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of sponsorship agreements and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate records of sponsorship activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Communicate effectively with sponsors throughout the partnership lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or technical sales, preferably within a sponsorship or marketing context.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals.
- Familiarity with market trends and the ability to identify potential sponsorship opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with outbound calling and telemarketing techniques is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems for tracking sales activities and managing relationships.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
