Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of beverages while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction with their drink selections.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and manage cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate drink orders during busy service periods.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering when necessary.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
- Assist with catering events as needed, showcasing bartending skills in various settings.
Skills
- Proficiency in bartending techniques, including knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink presentation.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and understanding retail math concepts.
- Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using cash registers.
- A background in sales is advantageous for promoting specialty drinks or upselling menu items.

Pay: $18.45 - $35.00 per hour
