Duties
- Prepare and cut various types of fish and seafood according to customer specifications.
- Ensure all products are properly packaged and labeled for sale.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist customers with their selections, providing knowledgeable recommendations on different types of seafood.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of seafood dishes.

Qualifications
