Pay: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: weekdays and partial Saturday

Job Overview:
Rusty Rental is seeking a Seasonal Yard Technician to join our team and support daily operations through October. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, keeping equipment clean and organized, and assisting customers in a fast-paced environment. Experience with skid steers, dingo's and other small equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Operate yard equipment
• Clean, maintain, and organize rental equipment
• Load and unload equipment onto trailers or trucks
• Deliver and pick up parts and equipment locally
• Fuel machines and complete equipment checklists
• Take equipment photos and complete related paperwork
• Assist with equipment checkout and customer service
• Maintain yard and parking lot cleanliness (snow in winter, dust in summer)
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1 year of general labor experience required
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in variable weather
• Basic computer/phone skills; Chrome/Windows proficiency preferred
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• 18 Years of age or older

Requirements:

• Pass a post-job-offer drug screen, physical, and background check (including MVR)
• Must be comfortable working outdoors on uneven terrain
