Job Description
As the General Manager of Rusty Taco, you will lead the operation of the restaurant. The General Manager has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards, and the highest quality products and services are delivered to each guest.
YOU WILL:
- Oversee restaurant operations to achieve company goals for revenue, cost controls, and restaurant profitability.
- Analyze P&L Statements and identify areas of opportunity, key challenges, and operational successes.
- Conduct table visits and model hospitality skills during each shift.
- Resolve guest complaints, investigate problems, and identify solutions.
- Ensure a safe working environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents.
- Adhere to SERV Safe Alcohol, Food and HACCP standards, Federal/State/Local laws, and company policies.
- Ensure PCI compliance for all credit card transaction documents.
- Ensure financial and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate and execute the rollout of new company programs, and policies and procedures, as requested.
- Develop strong working relationships within the team to ensure each member is treated with respect.
- Delegate duties to team members during shift and follow up to ensure thorough execution.
- Recruit and interview team members to ensure the restaurant is staffed for excellence.
- Train and develop team members.
- Plan and organize work schedules based on available staffing.
- Deal with employee relations issues and inform human resources and leadership.
- Lead manager meetings to provide information.
