Job Description
This Advanced Practice Provider role requires a highly skilled professional who can deliver high-quality patient care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong focus on quality performance, and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inpatient, acute care, and neurosurgery settings.
Main Responsibilities
- Providing acute care through assessment, diagnosis, clinical judgment, and management.
- Reporting identified safety issues and collaborating with teams to resolve them.
- Implementing policies and procedures of the practice while maintaining a strong focus on quality performance.
Requirements
- Candidates must hold current licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the State of New Jersey or be licensed as a Physician Assistant in the State of New Jersey.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inpatient, acute care, and neurosurgery settings.
- Certifications in CDS, DEA, BLS, and ACLS are required.
