As a member of our multidisciplinary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and diagnose patients, developing effective treatment plans to improve patient health status
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to the development of patient care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement evidence-based care protocols
Requirements:
• Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant in the State of New Jersey
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
• 2-3 years of inpatient, acute care, and neurosurgery experience
