Hotel Park City, member of Autograph Collection Hotels by Marriott International, located in Park City Utah, is seeking a highly organized, detail-orientated Conference Services Manager.

- Makes presence known to clients during needed events being available to solve issues and/or suggest alternatives to previous arrangements.
- Interacts with guests to solicit feedback on product quality and overall guest satisfaction with areas such as guest rooms, meeting facilities, equipment, and service levels - follows up with customers post-event.
- Organizing and maintaining accurate detailed and orderly files of previous and upcoming events.
- Able to up sell food beverage, guest room types and any ancillary revenue streams.
- Helps to conduct pre-convention meetings as needed for clients, also attends all hotel required meetings.
- Maintains accurate and current space (room) blocks to maximize revenue potential.
- Works with Director of Food & Beverage on guest related needs and tasks as assigned.
- Prior experiences in Conference Services/ Catering Sales is preferred, but not required.
- Well organized, detail oriented and excellent communication skill, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs, Marriott software experience also preferred, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible & reliable with a level of creativity, enthusiasm and flexibility.
- Ability to focus on guest needs; remaining calm, professional and courteous at all times.
- Maintains flexible hours to accommodate customer needs, may be required to work weekends & holidays.
