Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Seat guests and manage reservations efficiently.
- Provide menus, take orders, and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience by attending to their needs.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold restaurant standards.
Qualifications
- Host/hostess experience
- Food service background
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous restaurant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Experience in guest services and hospitality industry
- Ability to handle guest relations effectively
- Proficiency in serving and phone etiquette
- Hotel experience is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
