- Minimum Education Requirements : Associate's degree or above leading to a Tennessee Board of Health issued license in one of the following areas or occupations. (Internships and Fellowships are not eligible). Example Qualifying Areas / Occupations : registered nurse, physician, athletic trainer, physical therapist, physician's assistant
