QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum educational requirements
BS in Nutrition and / or School Nutrition Management
Additional recommended qualifications
Registered Dietician
School Food and Nutrition Specialist
Level 3 Certified by the School Nutrition Association
Minimum of 5 years School Nutrition experience, having served in a management role for a minimum of 3 years
Possesses strong management skills and interpersonal skills.
Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
Strong computer skills.
Willingness to take direction.
Ability to work both independently as a team member.
Ability to work on a flexible schedule.
Possesses strong verbal, written, and technical skills.
Meets all health, physical and background check requirements.
EVALUATION :
Conducted by the immediate supervisor or designee in accordance with the provisions of the Rutherford County Board of Education policy on evaluation of certified personnel.
