The Community Manager is responsible for the operations of the residential apartment community. The Community Manager maintains and improves the property, manages budgets, and provides a quality living environment for residents.

This role offers a competitive salary of $83,000-85,000/ year based on skill level and qualifications. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MULTI-SITE COMMUNITY MANAGER
As a Multi-Site Community Manager, you arrive each morning determined to ensure that our residents enjoy a quality leasing and living experience. You meet with prospective tenants, ensure rental apartments are ready for leasing, prepare lease agreements, collect deposits, review property rules, and introduce new tenants to their new homes. A day in the life will also be to manage property or unit maintenance concerns and execute a wide range of operational tasks involved with general property management such as scheduling vendors, enforcing rules, conducting inspections, and collecting rents. In addition, there is back office administration like managing lease expirations, delinquencies, monthly reporting, and marketing strategies. In short, the curb appeal of the property, the financial performance, marketing innovation, and superior customer service are the benchmarks by which we will measure your success.
You always provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You take pride in preparing apartments for new tenants. Each shift brings a combination of daily checklists, occasional tasks, and surprises. You love that you are never bored as a Community Manager! QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of relevant work experience and a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of eviction law, Fair Housing mandates, and ARM, CPM, or CAM (preferred)
- Computer proficiency MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneSite or Yardi (preferred)
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic accounting skills
Travel is also required for company training events, budget or financial review meetings, and special project events.
Experience in property management, vendor management, operations, budgeting, and marketing is a plus! Are you a community manager with a heart for service and a positive, can-do attitude? WORK SCHEDULE
Your schedule is typically Monday through Friday, 9 am-6 pm. During periods of high vacancy, lease-up, budget preparation, or while special projects are underway, your schedule may change to meet the demands of property management.
Travel may be required for monthly manager meetings, company training events, budget or financial review meetings, and special project events.
