About the Position:
As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, your primary responsibilities will include providing direct patient care, collaborating with medical staff, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to develop and implement individualized care plans, assess patient needs, and educate patients and families on health management.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in North Carolina or compact state
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications
- 2-5 years of experience in emergency nursing or a related field
