The Analyst, Finance, is responsible for supporting forecast preparation, site-related
management reporting, inventory transaction processing and inventory valuations, adjustments and
reconciliations. This individual provides data inputs for analytics support from Enterprise Business Services and
supports local market specific financial reporting as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily
with or without reasonable accommodation. -
Assists in site-based data entry and reporting activities including performing expense revenue
allocations, variance & trend analysis, profit /cost center analysis. - Performs daily charge reconciliation.
- Prepares non-recurring journal entries.
- Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. - Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (Accounting preferred) with one year of experience in
be waived with applicable experience.
Experience:
- Previous health care and general ledger experience preferred.
- Must have strong organizational, analytical and objective problem solving skills.
- Team oriented mentality with flexibility to accommodate a variety of circumstances, while
