Developing and coordinating clinical pharmacy services including antibiotic management, renal dosing program, pharmacokinetic monitoring, IV to PO conversions, etc. Educating staff Pharmacists in provision of clinical services, monitoring quality of clinical services and serving as a resource for Pharmacy Staff, Nursing Staff and Medical Staff.
