What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paralegal position at Rutherford?
We are currently supporting a large private equity firm on a Paralegal hire. The Paralegal will be primarily responsible for supporting the investment and deal teams on transactions.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the execution of private equity deals alongside the deal teams
- Leading the negotiation on all legal documentations, including transaction documents
- Managing SPVs, external counsel and other stakeholders
- Managing sales of fund interests
Qualifications
- Preference for candidates coming from a law-firm, ideally within an transactional role
- Experience of negotiating transaction documents, including partnership agreements
- Strong academic track record
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
