Welders perform tasks associated with the fabrication, production, repair, and/or installation of various types of fence and gate systems for the residential, commercial, agricultural, industrial, and energy markets.  These responsibilities can vary based on the shop's specific needs, but the focus is typically on fabricating high-quality fencing components safely and efficiently.

We are looking for a Welder to join our team in Eastern, PA.

General Responsibilities of a Welder:

• Abides by Company policies and procedures as set forth in Company handbooks.
• Complies with all rules, guidelines, and policies of our customers and the government.
• Observes and maintains a consistent work schedule and comes to work fit for duty.
• Embraces and promotes a safe, positive work culture with a strong focus on process-improvement, quality, and safety.
• Works in harmony with and treats others with respect.
• Maintains good housekeeping practices and is respectful of any company property, such as tools, equipment, vehicles, and the property of others.
• Completes job-specific tasks in a timely manner, with any required documentation.
• Attends and participates in Company meetings and functions.
• Obtains and maintains all necessary requirements of the position.
• Voluntarily reports Human Resources, safety, environmental, or any other issues or incidents.
• Completes other tasks, within scope of reason, not listed in job description.

External Qualifications:

• Three (3) years of welding experience.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Must be detail oriented.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience at building and/or fabricating fence structures at the highest skill levels.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and shoulder a multitude of responsibilities.
• Ability to comply with and meet Company attendance schedule.
• Ability to prioritize safety.
• Ability to comply with all Company policies and procedures.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to interpret blueprints.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift fifty (50) pounds.
• Must be able to travel, if needed.
