- Educate patients and their families on health management, home community care, and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Athenahealth or similar electronic health record systems.
Experience
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Proven experience in outpatient care, internal medicine, or behavioral health preferred.
- Familiarity with specimen collection processing techniques is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and its application in clinical settings.
- Experience with triage processes and patient management strategies is desirable.
