COMPETITIVE DIFFERENTIALS - $4.25 - 2nd, $8.00 - 3rd, $4.75 - WeekendBAYLOR PROGRAM POSITION. Delivers quality nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process. Available for assignment to duty on an ad hoc basis and in a various potential nursing units, usually to assist in times of unusually heavy workloads or to assume the duties of absent nursing personnel. Works collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice. Carries out functions according to medical center policy, mission, and standards of practice as defined by professional and regulatory guidelines.Minimum Education
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.Minimum Work Experience
2 years experience in an acute care or specialty nursing setting including telemetry experience.Required Licenses / Certifications
Licensed in the State of Vermont.
BLS Certification through American Heart Association.
BCLS Certified; must satisfactorily complete ACLS course according to subsidiary guidelines.
PCCN or CCRN certification.Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Demonstrated proficiency in acute-care nursing, knowledge, and skills.
