We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. As a Restoration Technician, you will play a crucial role in restoring properties to their pre-damage condition while ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.
Duties
- Perform mold remediation and ensure proper containment procedures are followed.
- Execute water damage restoration tasks, including extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
- Conduct fire restoration services, including smoke damage cleanup and odor removal.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various restoration tasks.
- Assist in asbestos abatement projects while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of job sites and ensure all equipment is properly sanitized after use.
- Collaborate with team members to assess damage and develop effective restoration plans.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of materials used.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the restoration industry preferred, with skills in mold remediation, carpet cleaning, fire restoration, and water damage restoration.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety guidelines meticulously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials as needed.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
- Certifications related to restoration services are a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
