The Role
You will :
- Lead the entire engineering organization at Rutter, consisting of 2 teams (Core & Coverage) and be part of the leadership team.
- Enable the product to support integrations at scale & reliability for some of the largest fintechs and banks in the world.
- Build the engine that allows us to support adding & maintaining dozens of integrations in multiple categories.
- Hire and grow top engineering talent and drive our engineering culture to be even better.

Compensation
Salary : $280,000 - $300,000
