What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at Ruttger's Birchmont Lodge?
Ruttger's Birchmont Lodge is seeking experienced bartenders to serve food and beverages in our fast-paced lakeside bar and rooftop bar!
Responsibilities
- Preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons, including cocktails, mocktails, wine, and beer
- Serving guests food & beverages from our lakeside bar and rooftop bar menus
- Managing the sales of pull tabs and e-tabs
- Stocking and cleaning bar supplies
- Complying with all local, state, and federal food and beverage regulations
Our bar is open from 11:30 am - 1:00 am daily. Starting wage is $11.13 per hour plus tips. Benefits include food, clothing, boat, and lodging discounts, as well as the free usage of our pool & gym facilities, beach, and non-motorized watercrafts.
