RV Connections is the area’s most well-respected RV dealership. We are looking for a positive people-person who is outgoing, professional and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
- Answer telephone, direct and screen calls, take and relay messages
- Greet and Direct individuals to the appropriate destination
- Respond to queries or requests from the customers and public
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to all levels of professionals
- Take pictures of the recreational vehicles as they arrive and maintain website
- BDC conduct outbound calls to potential customers to set up appointments
- BDC follow up on all inquiries promptly providing product information and assisting with scheduling needs
- BDC work closely with sales team to develop strategies for nurturing leads and converting them into customers
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Requirements:
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
- Knowledge of customer service and sales support practices
- Strong keyboard skills
- Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communications skills and professional personal presentation
- Ability to multi-task in a sometimes high-stress, demanding environment
- Honest, respectful and trustworthy
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Functional knowledge of production for print, photography, video and web/mobile
