RV Country has an opening for a Parts Order Entry Representative. If you have work experience in data entry and possess excellent customer service skills, we'd like to talk with you!
Job Responsibilities
- Determine and accurately identify parts requested.
- Create or update part numbers using predefined procedures.
- Create and modify purchase orders.
- Data entry of orders on manufactures portals
- Review and update open purchase orders.
- Create special order parts on dealership computer system and notify appropriate personnel.
- Review and update special orders.
Skills needed
Work history that includes data entry experience
Automotive or RV parts related experience
Customer service experience.
