Description
We are seeking a skilled Paint and Body Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in paint and body repair techniques, including fiberglass repair, body panel repairs, color blending, and cutting & buffing. Your expertise will help us restore body damage to top condition, ensuring our customers receive the highest quality of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform fiberglass repair, body panel repair, and other necessary bodywork.
- Execute precise color blending to match and restore vehicle finishes.
- Apply cutting and buffing techniques to achieve a high-quality, polished appearance.
- Inspect vehicles to identify and assess damage.
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
- Operate and maintain paint and body repair equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Keep accurate records of repairs and services performed.
Qualifications
- RV Paint and Body Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have a current driver's license.
