RV Country is seeking a Sales & Finance Manager for our Klamath Falls, Oregon, location. Your passion for sales and exceptional leadership skills will be instrumental in achieving and exceeding our sales targets. You will play a pivotal role in creating a customer-focused sales culture, promoting teamwork, and elevating the overall buying experience for our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to boost revenue and market share.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement improvements as needed.
- Cultivate a positive and customer-centric atmosphere that ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize dealership operations and customer experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure a well-presented showroom at all times.
Qualifications
- Direct Sales & Finance experience.
- Technical understanding of the CRM system
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
