As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven RV Sales Representative to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with customers to understand their RV needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our RV inventory and in-house financing options.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Effectively communicate expectations for pick-up and delivery.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Uphold the company's core values: Ambitious, United, Honest and Respectful, Innovative, and Happy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in RV or automotive sales is highly desirable (not necessary)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain financing options clearly.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
- High level of ambition, integrity, and respect for customers and colleagues.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market trends.
- Positive and happy demeanor even in challenging situations.
