RV Sales Manager

RV Depot is searching for a sales manager for our RV Dealership. We are a 35 year old family owned and operated store. Our company is geared for volume, averaging 100 units per month with lots of growth potential. We currently have over 500 RVs in stock in all price ranges, styles and floorplans.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of sales related success in a fast paced environment. You must be able to lead by example and use the tools available to achieve sales goals consistently. You must also be able to learn our sales system and stick to it. Previous RV sales and finance management is a must. CRM tools and sales process experience also required.

Valid Texas Driver's License and clean background.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to,

• managing and qualifying prospects
• managing team of 5-15 people in fast paced environment to produce sales
• closing sales
• ensuring policy compliance through active management techniques
• Generating new sales opportunities through low cost/no cost advertising mediums

MUST HAVE VALID TEXAS DRIVER'S LICENSE
