Position Description:
Project Manager, Associate II - Manages assigned aspects of project operations and personnel within AOR. Manages, plans and coordinates assigned aspects of project operations to deliver effective execution and supports management in ensuring that project objectives are achieved in accordance with all project parameters including schedule, quality, technical requirements and financial performance. Assists management in ensuring project compliance with contractual requirements. Supports senior management in evaluating project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects. May establishes work plan and multi-disciplinary staffing and resource plan for each phase of the project. Provides guidance, manages some project activities and resolves problems to ensure project execution. Supports senior management in establishing project practices and procedures as appropriate. Coordinates project status and operational activities with other sites, military contacts and senior management. Provides technical guidance and operational support to project personnel. Ensures proper documentation of project data and provides timely, accurate management reports as required.
Statement of Work Summary:
Project Manager (PM) Services : This discipline shall manage, monitor, and inspect, document and advise on projects as required. This discipline may attend project specific meetings on a weekly basis. This discipline shall prepare and submit reports of project status and progress weekly to the SM and COR. This discipline will visit construction sites weekly and attend any inspections or identified events in construction. Act as a key player in mission enhancement/sustainment projects by tracking requirements from cradle to grave; by developing the requirements to following through to the end of the project and then ensuring scheduled PM occurs at the appropriate times and frequencies. Complete DD Form 1391s & project programming duties for infrastructure projects including consolidating BUILDER corrective actions plans into executable projects.
Please note this position must be US National with Existing Secret Clearance or National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) is preferred. Ability to obtain NACI or Secret Clearance is required for all personnel without Active Clearance or NACI record.
